AllBank, Pisopay unveil QrPh integration for seamless transactions

ALLBANK Inc. and PisoPay, a financial technology and a licensed remittance and transfer company, officially launched their partnership for the quick response (QR) payments in the Philippines last June 28 in PisoPay.com Inc. Head Office, in Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City.

Enabled through a partnership with AllBank, the new feature will enable PisoPay users to seamlessly scan any P2M QR code as payment gateway. Merchants stand to gain from quicker transaction times and reduced operational complexities associated with cash handling, while the benefits extend beyond consumers.

Jesus Vicente Garcia, President and Executive Director of AllBank, expressed his excitement, stating, “This partnership between AllBank and PisoPay represents a significant stride toward enhancing financial accessibility and convenience for individuals and businesses across the country.”

“Aligned with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) initiative to promote digital payment adoption, the new integration with QrPh is an effort to expedite the transition towards a cash-lite society”, Garcia added.

In light of this groundbreaking collaboration, Ariel Surca, President of PisoPay.com Inc., remarked: “We are thrilled to join forces and integrate with AllBank as one of our partners in bringing additional payment solutions to our users. This partnership not only simplifies the payment process for our customers and merchants, especially for those who use Allbank, but it also supports the broader vision of a digitally empowered Philippines. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide an efficient, secure and user-friendly payment solution that will significantly enhance the overall transaction experience. This is a pivotal step towards our mission of fostering financial inclusion and driving the growth of digital payments in the country, in which we are regulated by the BSP and compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Council and National Privacy Commission.”
