Description

The Cash Management & E-Banking Services Head is responsible for overall function of the department and assures that standard of service is maintained. This The role involves managing bank’s operations team including Cash Management & ATM Operations team to deliver effective financial services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of system changes to support new products, ensures system integrity and recommends program changes to more efficiently and effectively support services offered.
  • Formulate strategic plans and policies for the ATM/E-Banking Department in line with the bank’s corporate objectives and financial targets.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions & UATs throughout the organization.
  • Implement efficient processes and standards.
  • Manage ATM contracts and relations with customers, vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four (4) year degree course of any Business-related courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience preferably on branch/cash management operations-related position.
  • General computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Significant relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
